Laughing and dancing

Because that is what I do...whether I am in the hall in front of my classroom, in front of my students teaching Chemistry or in front of a class teaching BodyCombat, BodyPump or BodyFlow at The Thoreau Club, I dance. I laugh. I am vulnerable and I put myself out there. I show up as my most authentic, unabashed self. I tell my students (high schoolers and fitness participants alike) I love them as they are on the way out the door. The response is always the same - returned positive love and kindness.

Today I received this message of love from my students. These little notes never fail to inspire me to keep on being my dancing, vulnerable and honest self for everyone I meet.
